Extensions & Alterations

I work on a variety of extensions and alterations to houses and flats / apartments, with projects ranging from small single-storey extensions and loft conversions, to complete re-modelling of houses to double or triple their size. I have many years' experience of working on Listed Buildings and in conservation areas, of which there are many in Worthing, Brighton and Hove.

Projects completed include a 175m² basement conversion to create a party suite, guest suite, wine cellar, workshop, games room, plant room and two terraces; twin wrap-around extensions to a pair of Victorian semi-detached houses; tripling a detached house to create a 400m² dwelling which includes a sunken courtyard, two roof terraces and self-contained annexe; single-storey and two-storey extensions; upper-storey extensions over garages; and remodelling of roofs to create additional rooms with the addition of dormers,
